Pre-Purchase Inspection
This type of inspection is performed before the potential home buyer purchases the property. It allows the buyer to be fully informed about all aspects of the home and property. Going without it would be similar to buying a used car without taking it for a test drive.
Getting a pre-purchase home inspection ensures that the potential buyer won’t have any unexpected costly repairs.
Do I Need An Inspection??
Anyone purchasing a resale home needs a pre-purchase inspection. Many problems with a home can be missed by the untrained eye so getting an inspection can save you tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of regret. When you are paying hundreds of thousands of dollars on a piece of property, you want to ensure that the property is safe, and in good working order.
It is against the law for a property owner to lie about conditions of the home they’re selling. However, it is the avoided, omitted, or un-requested information that can be most damaging. Home inspectors know where to look, what to look for and how to interpret vital clues that a potential buyer may never notice.
Who should attend???
At HIS Home Inspections we encourage you the potential buyer to attend and walk through the inspection step by step asking any questions as we go. If you’re a first time home buyer, questions are encouraged and we will take the time to explain and answer any concerns you may have about any part of the home.
